This is an appeal from a judgment in the sum of $255 obtained by appellee against appellant in the circuit court of Scott County upon the service of a summons directed to the sheriff of Polk Counfy by the clerk of the circuit court of Scott County and-served by said sheriff in Polk County on Phil -T. Stevenson, manager of appellant’s lumber plant at Éagleton, in Polk County.
