MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PRINGLE, United States Magistrate Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court for further proceedings regarding the Defendants’ Motion to Compel RTC to Provide Reasonable Discovery (hereinafter the Motion ). A portion of that Motion requested an order directing The Resolution Trust Corporation (hereinafter RTC) to produce relevant documents that it had obtained or could obtain from the Office of Thrift Supervision (hereinafter OTS).
