THOMSEN, Chief Judge.
The Court of Appeals of Maryland has recently reiterated the Maryland rule that to support an action for false imprisonment, there must be a deprivation of the liberty of another without his consent and without legal justification, and that probable cause may be considered in mitigation of damages, but not as a defense to the charge.
