The plaintiffs appeal the Superior Court’s (Hollman, J.) order granting the defendants’ summary judgment motion. This case involves an automobile accident in which defendant Auto Leasing Corporation’s stolen vehicle, while being negligently operated by a thief, collided with the plaintiffs’ vehicle giving rise to personal injury and wrongful death claims.
