Appeal from an order of the County Court of Tompkins County (Rowley, J.), entered February 15, 2008, which granted defendant’s motion to suppress certain evidence and dismissed the indictment.

Following her arrest in the City of Ithaca, Tompkins County, for possession of narcotics, the then 16-year-old defendant was charged in an indictment with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and false personation.
