The appellant was indicted in the Circuit Court for Frederick County for arson and unlawfully burning a house in Frederick City. He filed a suggestion for removal and the record of proceedings was transmitted for trial to the Circuit Court for Howard County. After the case was removed he made a motion to quash the indictment, which was overruled, and he then demurred to each of the eight counts.
