(“plaintiffs”), brings suit against defendants, the Mayagüez Port Commission, Dennis Bechara, Alfredo Archilla, Enrique Gómez, William Phiths, Holland Group Port Investment (Mayagüez), Inc., José González-Freyre, Sergio Zeligman, and Antonio Jacobs (collectively, “defendants”).
