The Probate Court for the district of Winchester, on January 2, 1951, entered a decree in the matter of the estate of Benjamin Epstein, deceased, determining the distributees of income and balance of principal of a trust, and entered an order of distribution. From this decree, the guardian ad litem for undetermined beneficiaries and heirs and for Israel Kopstein, Sarah Leventhal, Israel Levi-tan, Sarah Mindel Feigelson, and all other persons who might have an interest in the estate of the decedent but are not represented by other counsel, has appealed.
