“This suit was filed April 17, 1933, by R. J. Bauereisen, son-in-law of W. T. Eldridge, against Nueces Lands Irrigation Company, a corporation, and Guardian Trust Company, Independent Executor under Mr. Eldridge’s will, in the district court of Fort Bend County, Texas.
