WEIER, Judge.

Proceeding under the Workmen’s Compensation Act, Hubert Saale filed a claim for benefits against the Alton Brick Company and the Mueller Cartage Company, asserting that he was an employee of both companies at the time of his injury. A hearing was held before a referee of the Division of Workmen’s Compensation, who found that Saale was a statutory employee of the Alton Brick Company and the Mueller Cartage Company.
