Tlie appellants -were partners and the owners of certain personal property which was stored in a barn they had leased from Mrs. Ed Anderson. The barn was located near the line of appellee’s railroad track, about 150 yards south of the track. On December 6, 1918, the barn was destroyed by fire, and appellants’ property which was in the barn was destroyed. The fire originated near the railroad track, and it was alleged that it was caused by the operation of appellee’s trains or that it resulted from acts of employees of appellee.
