KENNEDY, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff, Horace Thomas Ludwig, appeals from the District Court’s order dismissing his complaint pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 challenging actions taken by Ferris State University in connection with plaintiffs suspension and termination from his position as the men’s basketball coach at the University. For the reasons set forth below, the judgment of the District Court is AFFIRMED.
