OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Terry Eugene Worthington (hereinafter "Worthington"), appeals the judgment of the Marion County Court of Common Pleas. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

{¶ 2} On September 4, 2007, the Marion County Grand Jury indicted Worthington on count one of sexual battery, in violation of R.C. 2907.03(A)(5), a third degree felony; count two of sexual battery, in violation of R.C. 2907.03(A)(9), a third degree felony; count three of rape, in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(2), a first degree felony; and count four of kidnapping, in violation of R.C. 2905.01(A)(4), a…
