The defendant National Credit Union Administration (“NCUA”) timely removed this action by the filing of its notice of removal. The plaintiff Credit Union Group Enterprise LLC (“CUGE”) initiated this action in the District Court of Douglas County, Kansas, with the filing of a petition for judicial review of the agency actions taken by the Kansas Department of Credit Unions (“KDCU”) and the NCUA.
