PRICE, Chief Justice.

Appellees move herein to dismiss the appeal on the ground there is no jurisdiction, in that the judgment appealed from is not a final judgment.

The case originated in the District Court of Ecfor County. Appellees sued to recover the title and possession of a certain motor vehicle described as a 1939 4-Door Plymouth Sedan, or, in the alternative, to recover the sum of $916, the alleged value of said sedan.
