In her will, Maggie Langendorfer provided as follows: ‘ ‘ Paragraph Fourth: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situated, I give, devise and bequeath to my grandchildren, share and share alike, with provision that the share of each child shall be placed in the Erie County Savings Bank until he or she reaches the age of twenty-one.”
