Arno Windscheffel, Disciplinary Administrator, filed a complaint with the Board for Discipline of Attorneys (Board) against Douglas A. Price, an attorney admitted to the practice of law in the State of Kansas, alleging Mr. Price had neglected a legal matter entrusted to him. On the 19th day of June, 1984, the matter was called for hearing before a panel of the Board and respondent failed to appear. When contacted by telephone by the chairman of the panel, the respondent replied that he would not be at the hearing and that he did not intend to respond to the complaint against him. The chairman…
