In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their notice of appeal and brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kangs County (Demurest, J.), dated December 15, 2005, as granted those branches of the defendants’ separate motions pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (1) and (7) which were to dismiss the first cause of action insofar as asserted against them.
*492Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with one bill of costs to the defendants appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
