This was a suit by appellants against appellees on certain notes and to foreclose a mortgage. The 'Simmons-Burks Clothing Company and the DuPont Company are foreign corporations, engaged in the mercantile business in the State of Missouri and doing an interstate business. The debts for which they sued were contracted for goods and merchandise sold by appellants and delivered to the appellees, I. N. Linton & Company et al. in the State of Missouri.
