Complaint by appellant against the National Casualty Company, hereafter designated as appellee, and the Indiana Daily Times on an accident insurance policy. From a judgment in favor of appellees, appellant appeals and contends that the court erred in the conclusions of law and in overruling his motion for a new trial.
