In this action plaintiff, John L. Scalfano, seeks to obtain a judicial review of a decision rendered by the Board of Review, Division of Employment Security of the Louisiana Department of Labor, denying his application for unemployment compensation benefits under the provisions of the Louisiana Employment Security Law (LSA-R.S. 23:1471 et seq.). The suit was filed in the Ninth Judicial District Court, and it was instituted against the Administrator of the Division of Employment Security.
