This case is on remand from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to resolve whether the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (trial court) erred in overruling the preliminary objection of Independence Blue Cross (IBC), i.e., that Counts I and IV of the complaint filed by Jules Ciamai-chelo and Rob Stevens, Inc., (together, Plaintiffs) should be dismissed because Plaintiffs lack standing and do not state claims for relief under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988 (Nonprofit Law), 15 Pa.C.S. §§ 5101-6162.
