The defendant, Robert Brown, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered following his conditional plea of nolo contendere, pursuant to General Statutes § 54-94a, of possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes § 2 la-277 (a) and possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell within 1500 feet of an elementary or secondary school in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278a (b).
