Defendant Edwin Terrell was convicted by a jury in the St. Louis County Circuit Court of second degree assault, RSMo § 565.060 (1986), armed criminal action, RSMo § 571.015 (1986), third degree assault, RSMo § 565.070 (1986), and two counts of felonious restraint, RSMo § 565.120 (1986). The court sentenced defendant as a prior offender to seven years for second degree assault, ten years for armed criminal action, one year for third degree assault, and seven years for each count of felonious restraint; each sentence to be served consecutively.
