Wilbert A. Vardaman, while employed by the Vincennes Bridge Company, appellant herein, sustained injuries which arose out of and in the course of Ms employment and which resulted in his death. Appellee, claiming that she was the wife and sole dependent of the deceased, .filed her application with the Industrial Board for an award under the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Acts 1915 p. 392, as amended by Acts 1919 p. 158, §9483 Burns 1926). From an award for plaintiff, defendant appealed.
