Lee Wofford appeals from a judgment of conviction for armed robbery, § 943.32(1) and (2), Stats., and from an order denying postconviction relief. The issues are whether the trial court erroneously admitted the result of a polygraph examination given to Jonathan Rozelle, a witness, and, if not, whether Wofford's trial counsel provided ineffective assistance. The State contends the polygraph examination result was not admitted and the claim of ineffective assistance is meritless.
