After a Bowie County jury found Reginald Reece guilty of theft of property valued at $500.00 or more, but less than $1,500.00, and, due to enhancements, assessed him the maximum punishment of twenty years’ imprisonment, Reece appealed to this Court. We reversed the judgment as to punishment and remanded the case to the trial court for a new hearing on punishment. See Reece v.
