11Plaintiffs/Appellants, Herbert L. La-cassagne and Cathy S. Laeassagne, appeal the trial court’s August 8, 2016 judgment, which granted a Motion for Nullity of Judgment and Dismissal filed by defendants/appellees, Oster Development, Inc. and Donald C. Oster, Jr. The trial court found null a September 1, 2010 judgment, which confirmed a default judgment and awarded damages in favor of the plaintiffs, because the matter was abandoned at the time the trial court entered the judgment.
