ORDER OVERRULING OBJECTION TO MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM THE AUTOMATIC STAY

This case was commenced by an involuntary petition on December 4, 1987, seeking relief under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. An order for relief entered on September 1, 1988, and on November 30th this case was converted to a case under chapter 11. On January 30, 1989, Metro North State Bank filed a motion for relief from the automatic stay. Dr. Charles Rogers, Dr. Chester Kay, Dr. Alex Mantel and Martin Burger, all unsecured creditors, object to Metro North’s motion on the ground that…
