SHEPHERD, Circuit Judge.
Seeking to enjoin a state enforcement proceeding, Gerald Geier and Stop Now! (collectively, “Stop Now!”) filed this lawsuit in federal court against the Missouri Ethics Commission and several of its members (collectively, the “Commission”). The district court 2 abstained under the Younger doctrine and subsequently denied Stop Now!’s motion to amend its complaint as moot, having declined jurisdiction over the case. We affirm.
