The plaintiff, Independent Trust Corp. (Intrust), brought suit against the defendants, Laurence W. Capriotti, Jack L. Hargrove, Alan L. Hurwick, ITI Enterprises, Inc. (ITI), and Wholesale Real Estate Services, Inc., 1 alleging breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and conversion. The complaint also sought an accounting.
