DENMAN, Circuit Judge.
Prisoner Wright’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus, addressed to me as such circuit judge, leading to a hearing and this decision that he be released from the United States Penitentiary at Alcatraz, California, a penitentiary situated in this circuit, was preceded by his three petitions containing similar allegations, separately addressed to each of the United States District Judges for the Northern District of California.
