HENDERSON, Justice.

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/ISSUES

We hold that a broker is entitled to a real estate commission when he produces a ready, willing and able buyer to purchase seller’s property under a real estate listing agreement.

Ron and Carol Lavielle (Sellers/Appellants) 1 are sole stockholders and officers of R.L. Oil & Gas Co., Inc., a corporation, which is .also a named defendant in this suit.
