We are asked to determine whether the district court properly granted the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment. DuTrac Community Credit Union owns a parcel of real estate in Waterford Place, a commercial development located in Davenport, Iowa. DuTrac is now attempting to sell this parcel to Kwik Trip, Inc.
