The defendants’ brief, with commendable frankness, states:

“The only question involved in this appeal is whether or not there was any evidence introduced by the plaintiff showing that the defendants herein were guilty of any of the allegations of negligence as set forth in Paragraph TV of the plaintiff’s complaint which was the proximate cause of this accident.”
