In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Bivona, J.), dated June 25, 2007, as granted that branch of the plaintiffs motion which was for summary judgment dismissing her counterclaims to rescind the separation agreement.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and that branch of the plaintiffs motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the defendant’s counterclaims to rescind the separation agreement is denied.
