In this Election Law proceeding, petitioner Keith C. Anderson seeks an order nullifying and setting aside the determination of Anthony G. Scannapieco, Jr. and Catherine P. Croft, as Commissioners of the Putnam County Board of Elections (collectively, the Board or the Commissioners) which denied his objections to the nominating petition filed by respondent, Faye Thorpe, as the Conservative Party candidate for the office of Town Justice in the Town of Philipstown.
