This is an appeal from the judgment of the District Court of Harris County, Texas, denying appellant’s application for writ of mandamus to compel the Board of Trustees of the Spring Branch Independent School District to furnish him access to various records of that school district without requiring him to reimburse the school district for its costs incurred in the retrieving, assimilation and production of those records.
