This is a snit for back taxes brought by the State on the relation of the Attorney General against appellee. The complaint alleged that tax was due the State, county and school districts by appellee by reason of the gross underassessments for the years 1925 to 1929, inclusive, of approximately 24,000 acres of timber-lands belonging to appellee in Desha County.
