This is an appeal from the dismissal 1 of a petition for writ of habeas corpus, sought under 28 U.S.C. § 2241. The basis of the petition is the government’s alleged failure to live up to the terms of a plea bargaining agreement as regards certain information to be conveyed to parole authorities.
