Freeman v. Manhattan Cab Corp.

Irving Freeman was injured, while riding as a passenger in the taxicab operated by William Alexander for its owner, Manhattan Cab Corp., when there was a collision with the automobile truck operated by Louis Colacci for its owner, Red Star Express Lines of Auburn, Inc. Four days later Freeman died, survived by his widow and the son of a prior marriage. She sued both owners and their drivers.
