Reversing.
This action was instituted by the appellee, a coal miner, against the appellant, his employer, to recover damages for injuries occasioned by the inhalation of carbon monoxide gas while working in appellant’s mine. In substance, the cause of action alleged was that the appellant had negligently permitted the gas to accumulate in the mine to such an extent that it was dangerous, and hence had failed to exercise ordinary care to provide appellee with a reasonably safe place in which to work.
