MORROW, Judge.
—The appellant upon an indictment for murder was convicted of manslaughter.
The appellant and deceased Gillette appear to have been farmers and neighbors. The appellant purchased the deceased’s farm from him, and owing to oil developments in the community the deceased was dissatisfied with the transaction, and in conversation with appellant and others expressed his dissatisfaction, and claimed that appellant had misled him.
