OPINION

KENNEDY, Justice.

This suit arises from an alleged breach of contract, a joint venture agreement. Defendant/appellant, Hydro-Line, a manu facturer of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, joint ventured with plaintiff/appellee, Alcocer. 1

STATEMENT OF FACTS

The relationship began on May 17, 1982. Prior to May 17th, Alcocer worked for the Mexico City firm Hydro-Tee, a joint venture of which Hydro-Line was a member.
