Appellee, First National Bank of Huntsville, Arkansas, herinafter called “Bank,” was the garnishee in two separate writs issued in litigation in the Madison Circuit Court involving numerous parties and issues. One of the garnishments was issued at the instance of appellant, Sequoyah Feed and Supply Company, Inc., hereinafter called “Sequoyah,” and the other was issued in favor of Norris Counts, an intervenor in the action.
