The plaintiff, John Wendt, five years of age, was severely injured as the result of a fall from the unguarded roof of a wooden ticket office used as part of the St. Philip Stadium, which was owned and operated by the defendant, Servite Fathers, an Illinois corporation, organized for religious, educational and charitable purposes, in connection with its school.
