This is an action in equity instituted by respondents, who were plaintiffs below and hereinafter referred to as such, asking’ that a certain note of $300 be'declared to be duly paid and satisfied and that a certain deed of trust on real estate in Benton County, Missouri, be fully discharged and released of record in so far as the said $300 note is concerned.
