This was an action of replevin brought by the Davidson and Case Lumber Company to recover the possession of the forms and material used in the construction of a concrete building, the right to possession being claimed under a chattel mortgage executed to the lumber company by R. A. Anderson and his wife. The Widmer Engineering Company claimed the right of possession under a provision of a building contract. It was found by the jury that the plaintiff was entitled to the possession of the property, and a judgment against the engineering…
