¶ 1. Brian Keith Richmond acquired a “first right of refusal” to purchase 82.83 acres of property in DeSoto County, Mississippi.1 Hernando Green Development, Inc. (HGD) later offered to purchase that property. Despite months of communication volleys between Brian and the lawyer who represented the owners of the property, Brian never agreed to meet HGD’s offered purchase price.
