¶ 1. This is the second appeal in this case, which concerns plaintiff Lakeside Equipment Corporation’s attempt to domesticate an Illinois judgment requiring defendant Town of Chester to pay Lakeside for equipment the company specially manufactured for the Town’s waste water treatment facility.
